How it works
Three steps to start running
- 1
Prop up your phone
Stand it somewhere steady, with the front camera facing the room.
- 2
Step back
Back up until the camera can see all of you. Clear some space first.
- 3
Run, jump and duck!
Move left or right to change lanes, jump to jump and crouch to duck. The mouse copies every move.
Ways to play
You are the controller
Four ways to run. Pick the one that fits your room.
Body Motion
Prop the phone up, step back and play with your whole body. Move left or right to switch lanes, jump to jump, crouch to duck.
The game calls out:
“Left”“Middle”“Right”“Jump”“Duck”
- Default
Hand Gestures
The phone stays about an arm’s length away. Your palm picks the lane. Flick up to jump, flick down to duck.
- Best for the living room
TV + phone
The game runs on the TV. The phone stands on a stool facing you and becomes the camera. Scan the QR code on the TV to pair.
Touch
Classic swipes on the phone. On the TV, the remote works too.

Big on the TV
Put the run on the big screen and the living room becomes the track.
- 1 Open KinetiRun on the TV.

For parents
Screen time you can feel good about
KinetiRun turns screen time into moving time. Here is what grown-ups usually want to know.
Gets kids moving indoors
Running, jumping and ducking in the living room, rain or shine. The game is played with the body, not just the thumbs.
Camera picture analysed on the device
The phone analyses the camera picture itself to find your child’s body or hand. In TV play, the phone sends only the moves to the TV.
One-time “Unlimited”, no subscription
Unlimited is a single purchase made on the phone, behind a parental check. It can be restored after a reinstall.
Try it free first
Camera play comes with 3 free runs a day, so your child can try it before you decide anything.
Touch and TV-remote play are free
Swipe play on the phone and remote play on the TV are free and unlimited.
Play together on the TV
Put the run on the big screen so the whole family can watch, cheer and take turns.
Safety tip: Clear some space and play on a non-slip floor.
